Is my Business and data safe with your company?
Yes. The data mined and information produced for a client shall be the property of the client. Neither the company nor appointed developer could sell, transfer or use the work product to any party other than the client.
What is the reporting process of the work completed? How often do I get the Timesheet reports?
Steady Rabbit ensures that each client gets timesheet reports along with complete access of the project management tool at a frequency decided by the client before start. Standard Reporting is done on weekly basis.
Will I own the source code produced by the team I hire?
Yes, you will. All work projects created by your Team are considered "work made for hire," and the intellectual property rights embodied in it are your sole and exclusive property.
Do we sign a Service Agreement with client before start of the project?
We will provide you an agreement with all terms and conditions written in it which you can read prior to signing it. Please find link for Master Services Agreement template that we follow.
